A perennial favorite, the Counselors’ College Fair (CCF) is an opportunity for high school counselors attending NACAC Conference 2024 in Los Angeles to meet with admission team members in a college fair setting.

Please note that NACAC Conference 2024 attendees do not need to pre-register to attend the CCF.

Each registered institution booth will be furnished with one six-foot draped table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket and a booth ID sign with institution name, city, state and country (if non-US).

Loading/Unloading:

Exhibitors may hand-carry or use small hand carts to bring in their materials. Use of LACC equipment for loading/unloading is strictly prohibited. If you require access to the loading dock, you must move-in during posted set-up hours. All vehicles parked in loading docks are required to have a dock pass displayed at all times. Unauthorized vehicles parked in loading docks are subject to citation by LADOT. Please check in with the security staff at the dock entrance to obtain a dock pass.

Shipping Deadline:

All materials must be received between Tuesday, September 3, 2024, and Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Shipments arriving after September 18, 2024 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Please review the TEG Exhibitor Kit for details.

Material Handling Charge:

All fees for handling and receiving shipments must be paid to TEG. Please review the Exhibitor Kit (page 11) for additional information and rates. Rates are subject to change.

Exhibitor Eligibility: NACAC invites any Title IV eligible and accredited college, university, other postsecondary institution, or program offering undergraduate curricular study leading to a degree or diploma to participate in the CCF. International universities that offer academic degrees or diplomas that are sanctioned by the country’s Ministry of Higher Education or by US accrediting associations are also eligible to participate.
