Expo Schedule for Exhibitors

The Expo will be held in halls C, D, E, and Swing. The main entrance is through Hall C.

Activations – ongoing:

  • Complimentary light fare
    • Stations will be set throughout the Expo for exhibitors and attendees
    • Thu-Sat morning: coffee, tea, breakfast pastries
    • Thu-Fri afternoon: coffee, tea, beverages, desserts

Education – ongoing:

  • Solutions Showcase Booth 1001: exhibitor presentations; 45 minutes each; 12 timeslots
  • Learning Lounge Booth 2515: part of concurrent sessions; 30 minutes each; 10 timeslots

  • Thursday: 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Opening Reception

This is only for booths 20×20 or larger needing additional time for set up.

Wednesday, September 20
8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Exhibitor Move-In
All booths must be built by 8:00 p.m. and all materials must be removed from crates.
Thursday, September 21
7:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. Exhibitor Booth Finishing 
All crates will be removed prior to the hall opening, only finishing is allowed
(i.e., hanging up graphics, attaching signage, putting out giveaways and literature).
