You can also upload any handouts (.PDF) you’d like to share with the attendees through the Speaker Console.

If you have not had an opportunity to upload your presentation file (.PPT) or have make edits since your upload, you will need to stop by the Speaker Ready Room (308) at least 4 hours before your scheduled session with your updated presentation on a flash drive for our AV team to update.

Wednesday- 12:00 – 5:00 pm

Thursday – 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Friday – 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Saturday – 8:30 am – 1:00 pm
