NACAC invites you to request to hold an event or a meeting in conjunction with the NACAC Conference. The request form must be completed for every event or meeting held in conjunction with the NACAC Conference. NACAC reserves the right to require time changes if the request conflicts with a NACAC event.

NACAC’s goal is for all attendees to have the opportunity to enjoy the conference to its fullest capacity, while still having the option to attend meetings and special events during non-conference hours. To ensure that events do not conflict with the official NACAC Conference 2023 schedule, requests must fall within the following time slots* Eastern time.

  • Wednesday, Sept. 20: No restrictions
  • Thursday, Sept. 21: 5 a.m. – 10 a.m. OR 7:30 p.m. – 11:59 p.m.
  • Friday, Sept. 22:  5 a.m. – 8 a.m. OR 7:00 p.m. – 11:59 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sept. 23: 5 a.m. – 8 a.m. OR 10 p.m. - 11:59 p.m.

If requesting space in a NACAC contracted venue, audio/visual support and catering must be ordered through NACAC’s exclusive providers. Contact information for these providers will be sent when events are confirmed and scheduled in late summer. Requests for NACAC space are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please submit one form for each event whether in-person or virtual.

*Changes to times may occur with changes in schedule closer to registration.
