Carleton College and St. Olaf College

The colleges of St. Olaf and Carleton invite you to come and see our two campuses!

Each campus will offer similar programming which includes a campus tour, general information session with an Admissions Officer and optional lunch. Choose to visit one campus or both

Tour Dates and Times:

  • Monday, October 5: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and/or 1:30 – 4:30 pm
  • Tuesday, October 6: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and/or 1:30 – 4:30 pm
  • Wednesday, October 7: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and/or 1:30 – 4:30 pm

Transportation will be provided to and from the Minneapolis Convention Center for attendees who visit both campuses:

  • Pick Up: 8:00 am
  • Drop Off: 5:30 pm

College of Saint Benedict & Saint John’s University

While visiting the College of Saint Benedict & Saint John’s University, guests will enjoy tours of TWO stunning college campuses, as well as choosing from a variety of experiences including exploration of some unique locations on our campuses, lunch in our dining hall and a social with faculty and campus administrators.

Transportation will be provided to and from the Minneapolis Convention Center for attendees who visit both campuses:

Gustavus Adolphus College

Gustavus + Nobel = Minnesota + Mississippi

Tour Gustavus Adolphus College in the beautiful Minnesota River Valley during our 62nd annual Noble Conference, which will focus on the Mississippi River. This unique visit opportunity lets school counselors participate in Nobel Conference programming and experience Gustavus during one of our signature academic events. CEU credit will be available.
Self-Guided Tour
Monday, October 5: 8:30 am until 4:30 pm
Any time during the day, explore campus on your own. Stop by the Admission Office to chat with an admission counselor, get a self-guided tour brochure, and pick up some Gustavus gear.
*Note: Noble Conference Programming and CEUs are not available on Monday.
Tuesday, October 6: 8:30 am until 4:30 pm
While on campus for a self-guided tour, you can attend sessions at our Nobel Conference and earn CEU credits.
Bus Tour + Nobel Conference
Wednesday, October 7: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Our bus will depart from the Minneapolis Convention Center at 8:30 a.m. and return by 4:30 p.m. Throughout the day, you’ll tour campus, experience the Noble Conference, connect with current students and staff, and experience Gustavus hospitality — including coffee on the bus, lunch on campus, and a gift card for our bookstore.

Macalester College

Macalester College invites high school counseling staff, independent educational consultants, and CBO staff to visit our campus, just minutes from the Minneapolis Convention Center. Mac is one of just a few selective liberal arts colleges in a major metro area. For your students looking for the tight-knit community found at a small liberal arts college, but also want the variety, culture, and opportunities associated with a large city, Macalester offers both!

  • Half-day breakfast sessions include a conversation with President Suzanne M. Rivera, campus tour, and student Q&A.
  • Afternoon sessions include conversation with President Rivera, tour, and a refreshing cocktail hour.
  • Short sessions on Thursday and Saturday include a brief presentation from Admissions staff and campus tour.
  • Visit Paisley Park with us on Tuesday: Start with a visit to Macalester in the morning, including breakfast and lunch, followed by an afternoon tour of Paisley Park Prince’s recording studio and home. There is a cost of $50 for the tour (a discounted rate for Mac’s NACAC guests).

All campus tours include a complimentary shuttle bus departing 30 minutes before the start of the session and returning to the convention center 30 minutes after the end.

Recharge at the University of St. Thomas- Signature Event
Wednesday, October 7: 3:00 – 6:00 pm

Start your NACAC experience feeling refreshed and recharged. Join the University of St. Thomas for a relaxed, open-house style afternoon. Connect with students, faculty and campus leaders, take a curated tour, and enjoy elevated food and drinks. Plus, optional wellness experiences designed to help you recharge!

Complimentary transportation will be running continuously beginning at 2:30 p.m. and will continue until the conclusion of the event.

Early Bird Breakfast Presentation and Campus Tour
Thursday, October 8: 8:00 – 9:45 am

Join us early on Thursday morning for a presentation over breakfast and a guided, curated tour of our St. Paul campus.
