NACAC invites you to request an event or a meeting in conjunction with NACAC Conference 2025. The request form must be completed for every event or meeting held in conjunction with the conference. NACAC reserves the right to request time changes if the request conflicts with NACAC programming.
NACAC’s goal is for all attendees to have the opportunity to enjoy the conference to its fullest capacity, while still having the option to attend meetings and special events during non-conference hours. All events and meetings must be held during the times listed below-
- Wednesday, September 17: No Restrictions
- Thursday, September 18: 6-10 a.m. OR 7:15-11:59 p.m.
- Friday, September 19: 6-8:30 a.m. OR 6:30-11:59 p.m.
- Saturday, September 20: 6-8 a.m. OR 10-11:59 p.m.
If requesting space in a NACAC contracted venue, audio/visual support and catering must be ordered through NACAC’s exclusive providers. Contact information for these providers will be sent when events are confirmed. Requests for NACAC space are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
