See below for answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the premier event for college admission counseling professionals.
NACAC Conference 2025 will bring over 6,500 attendees from all college admission counseling arenas to Columbus to share best practices, inspirational ideas, cutting-edge research, and professional stories.
This year’s event will feature over 200 exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services in the Expo Hall.
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) § 36.203(a) states that “A public accommodation shall afford goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations to an individual with a disability in the most integrated setting appropriate to the needs of the individual.” NACAC strives to go above and beyond these requirements. Registration for NACAC Conference 2025 is coming soon. The earlier you register, the less expensive it will be, so watch this space.
No meals are included in NACAC Conference 2025 registration. However, we serve refreshments during Expo hours in the mornings and early afternoons Thursday through Saturday. During the Opening Reception (Thursday evening) and Closing Celebration (Saturday night) we serve beverages and light hors d’oeuvres.
Conference registration benefits include:
- Unlimited networking with 6,500+ college admission counseling professionals, sponsors, and exhibitors.
- In-person access to 100+ education sessions, preconference seminars, workshops, and more. Please note that some workshops and seminars require an additional registration fee.
- Access to the recordings, including PowerPoint slides, for 100+ education sessions via the On Demand platform.
- The opportunity to view new products and do business with 200+ exhibiting organizations in the Expo Hall.
- In-person access to each of the 2025 Main Stage sessions, including the NACAC State of the Association/Membership Meeting.
- And much more!
You must be a registered attendee, paid in full, in order to book housing in the NACAC block. A link to access the housing system will be included in your conference confirmation email. Housing reservations received without corresponding conference registrations will be canceled.
John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) is the closest airport to the convention center, 5.6 miles away.
Airlines include Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Breeze Airways, Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Spirit Airlines, Sun Country Airlines, United Airlines, and Viva.
Business casual is recommended. Please note, the climate inside the convention center will be cooler than outdoors. Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.
NACAC will not provide childcare services during NACAC Conference 2025 in Columbus. Attendees requiring assistance with childcare should contact their hotel concierge.
NACAC will not provide transportation services between the hotels and the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

To request space in a NACAC contracted venue, please submit the event and meeting form. NACAC spaces are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested in reserving space at an outside venue (i.e., restaurant, bar, campus, etc.), you will need to contract with the venue directly.
