The process is as follows:
- Register for NACAC Conference 2024 and make payment in full.
- Once you receive your conference registration confirmation email, fill out this form to request an invitation letter for the visa application process.
- Double check that you have enough remaining pages in your passport before submitting your request.
- Once we confirm we have all the necessary information, the NACAC team will issue your invitation letter in 7-10 business days.
In the event that your visa is denied, NACAC will provide a full refund for your conference registration.
