A perennial favorite, the Counselors’ College Fair (CCF), is an opportunity for high school counselors attending NACAC Conference 2025 in Columbus to meet with admission team members in a college fair setting.

Please note that NACAC Conference 2025 attendees do not need to pre-register to attend the CCF.

Please note that the CCF is a special add-on event and is not included with your conference registration. Institutions interested in exhibiting must register and pay for this event in addition to registering for conference.

Each registered institution booth will be furnished with one 6-foot draped table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and a booth ID sign with institution name, city, state, and country (if non-US).
Exhibitor registration will open in March.

Exhibitor Eligibility: NACAC invites any Title IV eligible and accredited college, university, other postsecondary institution, or program offering undergraduate curricular study leading to a degree or diploma to participate in the CCF. International universities that offer academic degrees or diplomas that are sanctioned by the country’s Ministry of Higher Education or by U.S. accrediting associations are also eligible to participate.
