A perennial favorite, the Counselors’ College Fair (CCF) is an opportunity for high school counselors attending NACAC Conference 2026 in Minneapolis to meet with admission team members in a college fair setting.

Location: Minneapolis Convention Center, Exhibit Halls D-E
Please note that NACAC Conference 2026 attendees do not need to pre-register to attend the CCF.

Please note that the CCF is a special add-on event and is not included with your conference registration. Institutions interested in exhibiting must register and pay for this event in addition to registering for conference.

Each registered institution receives a booth furnished with one 6-foot draped table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and a booth ID sign with institution name, city, state, and country (if non-US).

If you are shipping materials prior to the show, pricing and information can also be found in the exhibitor kit. If you are shipping materials to the TEG advance warehouse, please note that shipments will begin to be accepted on DATE TBD. Shipments received after DATE TBD will incur additional charges. Due to printing and shipping deadlines set by our general service contractor, we cannot guarantee printed booth ID signs for exhibiting institutions that register after 9/29/26.

Exhibitor Eligibility: NACAC invites any Title IV eligible and accredited college, university, other postsecondary institution, or program offering undergraduate curricular study leading to a degree or diploma to participate in the CCF. International universities that offer academic degrees or diplomas that are sanctioned by the country’s Ministry of Higher Education or by U.S. accrediting associations are also eligible to participate.
