We’re delighted that you will be exhibiting at NACAC Conference 2024.

Once your Expo booth is secured, complimentary exhibitor conference registration coupon codes (two per 10×10 booth) will be shared with the primary point of contact at your organization.

Keep in mind that purchasing booth space does not automatically register your company’s exhibiting personnel. You must register all booth personnel individually for NACAC Conference 2024 to obtain admission into the Expo. If you are also a sponsor, those coupon codes will be sent separately.

NEW: Coupon codes will expire at 11:59PM EDT on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. If you have not used your coupons by the expiration date, you will have to pay for exhibiting personnel.

To register booth personnel, visit the registration page, and select the Register button.

  1. Log into the registration portal (NACAC Community Hub).
  2. Select “register myself” or “register a colleague”
    • If selecting “register a colleague,” you’ll be able to choose a member of your staff from a drop-down menu. If you do not see your colleague on the list, that means they are not associated with your NACAC account and need to be added to the roster.
    • Primary contacts and company managers have the ability to edit staff rosters. Instructions on making changes can be found in this instructional video. If you need further assistance with this process, please contact NACAC’s Customer Service team.
  3. Select “I will be attending as…”, select “Exhibit booth personnel.”
  4. Under Passcode Required enter Event Passcode. This has been shared with the primary point of contact at your organization.
  5. Complete the registration.
  6. The coupon code is entered at the end during Checkout.

Keep in mind that only one coupon code can be used per order. This means you will want to complete the registration for the first complimentary attendee before starting a registration for the second one.  If you use up all your complimentary registrations, you can add all paid attendees to a single order.

Once you register for the conference, you will receive a link to book housing in the registration confirmation email.

When selecting your housing, please review the Expo Hours to determine when your team should arrive and depart.

1. Type your company name.
2. Enter your company password when prompted (see HOUSING header).
